2) Purpose of the SODA web site
All the materials contained in the SODA Web site are provided by the SODA consortium (constituted by the organisations participating in the SODA project) for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a commercial offer, a license, an advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship between you and the SODA consortium. No information provided on this site shall be considered a substitute for your independent investigation.

Links to third-party Web sites are provided for convenience only and do not imply any approval or endorsement by the SODA consortium of the linked sites, even if they may contain the SODA logo. Thus, the SODA consortium cannot be held responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained therein.
You may not create on any Web site a link to any page of the SODA Web site without the SODA consortium's prior written authorization, and you acknowledge that framing the SODA Web site, or any similar process is prohibited.

8) Applicable law & Severability
Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to the Terms of Use shall be governed by French law. The Commercial Court of Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
